Israel Lara R : The problem of affordable housing with bad designs and traditional and polluting materials. .Frank Scott: Where there any other designs and/or designers that helped the influence the design of your work?. Israel Lara R : In this particular case not. .Frank Scott: Who is the target customer for his design?. Israel Lara R : Singles, families, tourism, artists and athletes. .Frank Scott: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts?. Israel Lara R : Building material and system, modular system. .Frank Scott: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean?. Israel Lara R : The natural material used is petrified salt similar to a marine "coral". .Frank Scott: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project?. Israel Lara R : Sketches, computer, different types of models. .Frank Scott: What is the most unique aspect of your design?. Israel Lara R : The rescue of vernacular architecture through innovation. .Frank Scott: Who did you collaborate with for this design? Did you work with people with technical / specialized skills?. Computer was used for drawings and renderings. .Frank Scott: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way? What kind of research did you conduct for making this design?. Israel Lara R : Austere housing, pleasant and harmonious with nature. Unlike a cheap housing this housing is economic because maximum resources. .Frank Scott: How did you decide to submit your design to an international design competition?.
