Inspired from the tea-loving commonality between Japanese and British cultures, this multi-purpose ‘mug teapot’ uses ceramic’s natural property of insulation and extends its capabilities with the design addition of the tea-light module: Using a traditional kitchenware material with a modern twist. Having no handle the teapot reduces its use of space in the cupboard as well as it enhances its simple and minimal look. Using a wool cover protects hands from the heat and gives the teapot mug an original yet educated look going a step further than the usual teapots.

Mesoglea

"Mesoglea" is a concept for a 3 d printed cup. Its form is inspired by deep sea creatures, the Mesogleae, to which also the Medusae belong. Similar top their translucent body plan, the cup has ac piece in the inner cavity that can hold a solid piece of your long drink, like a lemon for example. As the lemon is fixed by this central piece, the dissolution inside the drink is accelerated. Following the movements of the medusae, the beker can also be used inclined position, remembering thus of a floating medusa.It is made from 3d printed translucent filament plastics with coating.

Primeval Expressions

Egg-shaped crystal glasses with a sloped cut. A simple drop of vitreous liquid, a natural lens, captured in vivacious crystal glasses that joyfully rock on their roundness, while maintaining their stability through thoughtful arrangement of materials. Their rocking creates a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Glasses fit discretely to the palm when held. In symbiosis with softly designed, handmade coasters from walnut or xylite - ancient lumber. Complemented by ellipse-shaped walnut trays for three or ten glasses and a finger-food tray. The trays are rotatable due to their smooth elliptic shape.
